CBI OFFROAD WARRANTY

CBI OFFROAD FAB will warranty all CBI OFFROAD FAB manufactured parts for a LIFETIME of use. This limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. Each manufactured product must be installed following CBI OFFROAD FAB’S recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by CBI OFFROAD FAB voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of CBI Offroad to determine warranty eligibility.  

 

CBI OFFROAD FAB also sells products that compliment our product line. When those products are purchased through the CBI Offroad Fab website or store location, we will honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.

 

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, CBI OFFROAD FAB will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, CBI OFFROAD FAB may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new CBI OFFROAD FAB product.

 

No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for racing or competition, or modification of, or any types of repair of, a CBI OFFROAD FAB manufactured product.

The CBI OFFROAD FAB Warranty does not include the powder coated finish.

 

No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond CBI OFFROAD FAB’S control including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly maintained or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with CBI OFFROAD FAB’S written instructions or guidelines included with the product or implied use made available to the purchaser.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY CBI OFFROAD FAB) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED.

 

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

CBI OFFROAD FAB’S SOLE LIABILITY TO ANY PURCHASER IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL CBI OFFROAD FAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under no circumstances will CBI Offroad Fab share any of your contact information with any other companies or agencies. Any information you provide through our website or our social media pages will remain strictly confidential. Your information is used exclusively by CBI Offroad Fab for order and marketing purposes only.

The CBI OFFROAD FAB name and logos are trademarks of CBI OFFROAD FAB, and the information in this site is protected by copyright. You may only use the information, text or graphics contained in this site for your personal use and may not reproduce, adapt or publish it, in whole or in part, for any purpose without the express consent of CBI OFFROAD FAB, LLC.

 

CBI OFFROAD FAB has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site but does not accept liability for errors or omissions.

RETURNS

Purchases made at cbioffroadfab.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply. (If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee) Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return.

 

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of CBI Offroad Fab. A restocking fee of 20% will apply as long as the items have not been mounted or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition – a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. 

 

Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs (eg. CBI Ditch Light Brackets), the original shipping cost incurred by CBI Offroad Fab will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, PLEASE CALL US FIRST at 1(866) 522-0697 for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

 

Returns are processed in 2-4 days after the package arrives at our facility. A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

 

If you’d like to exchange your items for something else, please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.

 

Please print your RMA clearly on the shipping label. Thank you!

WARRANTY CLAIMS

For Warranty Repairs please CONTACT US with:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Order Number
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Product code and name of Item returning for repair or replacement.

Once we enter your warranty claim in the system, you’ll get a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). When you receive your RMA#, please send the package to the address below.

When choosing a shipper to return warrantied products, keep in mind that CBI Offroad Fab cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Please print your RMA clearly on the shipping label and the package. Thank you!

ORDER POLICY

All orders placed with CBI Offroad Fab are required to be paid in full if the product is in stock. Orders placed for product that has a lead time require a 50% deposit. All orders placed through cbioffroadfab.com require full payment.

Change Orders: Customers have 48 hours to make changes to their order (i.e. grill protection, material type, powder coating, etc) No changes can be made to an order after 48 hours without cancelling the order.

Order Cancellation: Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded 100%. Orders that are cancelled after 48 hours are potentially subject to a 20% administrative/re-stocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

While we make every attempt to properly package each product that leaves our facility, on occasion product does get damaged – a forklift mishap, mishandled pallet or box, or a delivery driver who is having a bad day. If this happens please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! Then follow these steps:

  • DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DELIVERY without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form FIRST with the driver present.
    • Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer. 
    • We cannot be held responsible for any product or powder coating damages incurred during transit. We will facilitate however a claim, on the customer’s behalf with the carrier, but it is subject to the above annotations being made on the delivery slip and approval by the carrier.

 

Option 1:

If the damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, DO NOT SIGN for the item and REFUSE THE DELIVERY.

    • If you sign, the package is yours and you’ve accepted it as is.

 

Option 2:

  • After inspecting the shipment, you can NOTE DAMAGE on delivery slip and then sign for the delivery. 
    • By signing and accepting the shipment at this point you agree to go through the claims process with our help and it will be your responsibility to fix the product on your own effort. (Any awarded claim money will be sent to the customer as reimbursement for shipping damage)

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.

Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, broker fees, duties and/or value added taxes (VAT).  These costs are not included in the live shipping rate quoted during checkout. These potential charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
